Gantry Frame ALLtra machines feature a gantry bridge frame traveling on a floor-mounted rack and pinion drive rail system. The gantry, comprised of two machined end-trucks which support the main cross axis beam and deck, provides the platform for the precision shape cutting processes.
The Tables below show the Shape Cutting Gantry model sizes available. The cutting width represents the base machine with one process station on the main carriage. Adding additional torch stations/carriages will decrease the maximum single cut width capacity by the width of each station added.

A marking device, actuated pneumatically or by a plasma-type process, can be added to any of the station configurations or established as a separate station.
There is a variety of process equipment to meet a wide range of applications. For conventional cutting conditions, the oxygen/fuel gas system is most common.
