Company Overview:

Innovative Plastic Solutions opened in 1971 as Seward Tool Company specializing in building custom injection molds utilizing a 6,000 square foot space. In 1988, the company became Harbor City Plastics, reflecting its ability to offer customers a full range of custom injection molding and tool building services. Improvements warranted moving to a 24,000 square foot facility. Now as Innovative Plastic Solutions, expanding into a 50,000 square foot facility, we continue to offer custom injection molding services and tool building services but also have improved our color matching capabilities. We use a state-of-the art Gretta-Macbeth Color-Eye spectrophotometer to analyze the colors of parts that must be matched. Some industries we now service include building & construction, appliances, defense, consumer products, recreational, and industrial. We also provide secondary services such as part design, CAD/CAM, prototyping, toolmaking, welding, assembly, and logistical services.
