Founded in 1974, Jackson and Tull started as a civil and structural engineering firm and over the years has evolved into a company that provides a broad range of engineering and technical services and products. President and founder Knox W. Tull, Jr.
In subsequent years, J&T grew to provide design, inspection and program management services in the area of Civil Infrastructure, i.e., bridges, highways, transit systems, water supply and wastewater treatment.
