Experience: 7 years minimum working at a Journeyman Machinist level along with 2 years minimum supervisory experience. Knowledge of all phases of machine and millwright work. 2nd shift Foreman should have a very strong knowledge of CNC Lathe operations, troubleshooting, and programming. 

Duties: Review blueprints and customer specifications to ensure compliance with process capabilities. Plan manufacturing sequence, special tools/tooling requirements and availability. Write a set-up sheet and production program to meet customer and blueprint specifications using SmartCam software.
